Fair Usage
Our platform is designed for genuine event planning. Abuse, spam, or malicious usage will result in immediate termination.
Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your uploaded content. WoWish retains all rights to the platform design, templates, and code.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WoWish platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Description of Services
WoWish provides a platform for users to create, manage, and share digital event invitations and RSVP tracking pages. The Services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We also offer a "Pro" subscription that removes advertisements and unlocks premium templates.
3. User Responsibilities & Content
You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, your event pages. By making content available, you represent and warrant that:
- The downloading, copying and use of the content will not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party.
- You will not use the Services to host malicious content, spam, or phishing campaigns.
- Your content does not violate any applicable local or international laws.
We have the right (though not the obligation) to, in our sole discretion, refuse or remove any content that violates these Terms or is in any way harmful or objectionable.
4. Advertisements & Pro Accounts
Free accounts on WoWish may display advertisements on hosted event pages and within the dashboard. By using the free tier, you agree to the display of these ads. Purchasing a Pro subscription removes these advertisements and provides additional benefits subject to our billing terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will WoWish, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; or (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
